Mark Schultz

Mark Schultz (born September 16, 1970) is a Contemporary Christian music singer/songwriter. He grew up in Colby, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in marketing. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he became a youth group leader at First Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) in Nashville. He has released 4 albums and has been nominated for numerous Dove Awards, winning his first at the 2006 Dove Awards when the CD/DVD Mark Schultz Live: A Night of Stories & Songs was named Long Form Music Video of the Year.

On May 6, 2007, Mark began bicycling from California to Maine planning to stop along the way to perform concerts and participate in special events. Official Mark Across America Website. Originally scheduled to end in New Hampshire, the tour ended on July 8, 2007 in Bangor, Maine.

Mark’s inspiration to make this 3,500-mile trek came from a visit he and his wife, Kate, made to orphanages in Mexico. In the spring of 2006, they went on a mission trip with The James Fund, a non-profit organization founded by Family Christian Stores, to meet the needs of orphans and widows in distress. Mark’s own adoption drew him to explore this ministry. Seeing firsthand the harsh realities for many orphans and realizing that he could have easily been one of the boys in the orphanage, Mark wanted to make a difference. Point of Grace

Point of Grace is a group of Christian pop music singers and authors. This all-ladies trio consists of Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, and Leigh Cappillino. The group started out as a quartet in 1991, with original members Breen and Jones, as well as Terry Jones and Heather Payne. In November 2003, Terry Jones decided she needed to spend more time with her family after giving birth to her third child, and left the group, with Cappillino joining in March 2004 for their 2004 release I Choose You. In June 2008, Payne announced her retirement from the group, in order to spend more time with her husband and four children.

In 1998, they added a touring band, with Cappillino’s husband, Dana, and Tommy McGee as permanent band members on guitar and on bass, respectively.

In 2006, former Avalon member Michael Passons added his work to the group’s live show.

Comunicarea „on-line”

Comunicarea pe calea biților a devenit o forma noua de relaționare intre doua sau mai multe persoane, companii si organizații. Exista nenumărate avantaje, fapt care generează forța de expansiune a interrelationarii de acest tip. Blogurile sunt website-uri, administrate de una sau mai multe persoane, in care principala forma de comunicare a informatiei este articolul de fond. Articolele pot fi sau nu comentate, iar comentariile au rostul de a completa si diversifica subiectul articolului.

In funcție de conținutul articolelor si a modului in care sunt prezentate, se pot cataloga câteva tipuri de bloguri.
- Bloguri personale
aceste bloguri sunt in general agende personale, care reflecta evenimente din viata personala, cat si reactii, opinii asupra unor evenimente.
- Bloguri ale unor companii
menite sa faciliteze comunicarea intre angajații firmei, având, desigur, un caracter privat, cat si prezentarea propriei activitati.
- Media
blogurile care conțin video sunt numite vlog, cele care conțin linkuri se numesc linklog, cele care conțin poze sunt numite photoblog, si așa mai departe.
- Întrebări – răspunsuri
exista bloguri care sunt create special pentru a formula răspunsuri la întrebările adresate de către cititori.
